United Nations

2008 is the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The United Nations already had a flash based website but, to mark the special occasion, they wanted the website to be available in user friendly XHTML/CSS format.

Rochen

Official Joomla host, Dundee based Rochen Limited needed to freshen up their existing design and bring it into the "naughties".

The brief was simple: make the website look a little more polished; widen the page; ensure XHTML & CSS compliance; keep the page load down and; make the whole site seamless (Rochen use WordPress to manage their blog and Client Exec to manage their customer sign up process).

All with one constraint - the overall feel of the site had to remain as near to the original as possible.

JXtended

When Joomla! core developers Louis Landry, Andrew Eddie and Rob Schley started their new extension club, they wanted a Joomla! template that reflected the vibrancy and solidity of their work. The JXtended template had to be flexible enough allow a multitude of page layouts and stable enough that it could be viewed on the majority of internet browsers.

Joomlatools

When Joomlatools wanted to unveil their multi-lingual solution for Joomla! to the world, they asked Bulletproof Templates to come up with a fresh, web2.0-looking and functional Joomla 1.5 template.

The finished product more than matched the brief.

Young Enterprise Scotland

Young Enterprise Scotland (YES) is a Registered Charity which has operated throughout Scotland for over 30 years.

Working with schools, educationalists and businesses to deliver practical learning programmes designed to provide young people aged 5-to-25 with real-life experience of the world of business.

The team at Young Enterprise Scotland had lost the only person who could update their Microsoft© Frontpage© based website. They needed a new user friendly website that they could update themselves and one which will grow as their needs grow.

Beon Living

BeOn Living wanted a Joomla template to make them stand out from the crowd. As a market leader in their field, their website had to showcase a hugely varied set of content. From product showcases to their online magazine, BeOn's new Joomla! template integrates the core Joomla! application and the JXtended catalgue component in seamless harmony.

Over the last few months, Young Enterprise Scotland has worked with Waseem and his team to create a new, up-to-date website that could be used by all of our volunteers, young people, teachers and business advisors as well as our team.
