Important Information

You (“the customer”) should read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Buying or using Bulletproof Templates’ products or services implies that the customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.

License

Bulletproof Templates grants the customer a non-exclusive limited license to use the web-site templates and other products (“the products") sold via the Bullet Proof Templates’ web-site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“the license").

Limited Use Granted

The customer may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either the customer or the customer’s client. In order to use the same template design on another web-site or for other projects, further copies of the template must be purchased.

Modifications

The customer is authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to Bulletproof Templates’ products to fit the purposes of the customer.

Unauthorized Use

The customer may not place any Bulletproof Templates products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of Bulletproof Templates.

Assignability

The customer may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without the prior written consent of Bulletproof Templates.

Ownership

The customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any Bulletproof Templates products, modified or unmodified. All products are and remain the property of Bullet Proof Templates. In particular, the customer agrees to have a visible link to www.bulletprooftemplates.com on the template/website unless the customer purchases a separate re-licence agreement.

No Hidden Links

Some template providers include "hidden links" back to their web-site from their products in order to increase their own web-site's Search Engine Optimisation. We guarantee that there are no "hidden links" in any Bulletproof Templates products.

Warranty

Bulletproof Templates’ products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of Bulletproof Templates be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use Bulletproof Templates’ products.

Guarantee

Bulletproof Templates guarentee our products are extensively tested for the Windows and Mac platforms.

On Windows we guarentee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 3.0, MSIE6 & MSIE7.

On Mac platform we guarentee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 3.0.

In the unlikely event that a bug is found in any of our templates, we will fix it, timeously.

Return Policy

As Bulletproof Templates offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped (except where the product is shown to be not fit for use), which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please ensure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demonstration product. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF SCOTLAND, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE SCOTTISH COURT.

Bulletproof Templates reserves the right to change or modify current Terms & Conditions of Service without prior notice.
